FENDI Chateau Residences in Surfside
Another luxury condo under construction in Surfside is FENDI Chateau Residences, which is already topped out at 12 stories and will have 58 residential units. Residential units range from 3,325 to 7,000 square feet with 10 foot ceilings. There are also 3 penthouse units with private swimming pools and sundecks.
The project is being developed by Chateau Group, who also developed the recently completed Chateau Beach and was designed by Arquitectonica.
Construction is expected to be completed in early 2016.
