One Thousand Museum Under Construction
After starting groundbreaking in December 2014 and having the concrete pour in August 2015, One Thousand Museum is on its way going vertical and has reached the 5th floor of construction. The base of the exoskeleton is starting to take shape and is visible.
The 62 story residential condo was designed by Zaha Hadid and being developed by Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman. One Thousand Museum is located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard across from Museum Park and the under construction Frost Museum of Science.
