SLS Lux Hotel & Residences Brickell
Located at 801 South Miami Avenue, SLS Lux Brickell has now reached the 10th floor of construction after starting to go vertical in August 2015. The sales center that was built in May 2014 on the Southwest portion of the lot has been torn down. Windows are being installed on the lower portion of the building.
The 58 story building designed by Arquitectonica is being developed by The Related Group, SBE and The Allen Morris Company. Interiors are by Yabu Pushelberg. SLS Lux will have 450 residential units and 84 luxury suites including 14 penthouses. Renderings of the penthouses can be seen at Curbed Miami.
The building is expected to be completed by Fall of 2017.
