Formally known as Montage at Met 3, the building is now called Monarc at Met 3 to avoid confusion with a hotel named Montage.

Construction is pacing quickly since our last update with metal outlining covering the parking garage space.

Downtown Miami will have its first Whole Foods on the ground level of the building, which will open before the end of the year. The Whole Foods will be open while construction continues on the rest of the project.
