In the Edgewater district of Miami, Biscayne Beach is getting taller and is currently on the 24th floor of construction. 

Since we last looked at the site in May, over 95% of the units were sold in the building.

Construction is expected to be completed in the end of 2016.

Biscayne Beach in Edgewater is starting to take form after starting construction over a year ago. 

According to The Next Miami, over 95% of the units have been sold in condo. 

The condo is located on the edge of Biscayne Bay across from the under construction Paraiso Bay from Related Group.

Making slow, but steady progress is Biscayne Beach in the Edgewater district of Miami.

Since installing the base of two cranes, the tower is starting to rise and is currently at the second floor that will eventually reach 51 stories.

Biscayne Beach Ready To Go Vertical

After months of prepping the site, Biscayne Beach is ready to rise and go vertical. Foundation has been poured at the site and a crane has been installed on the North end of the land. 

The project is being developed by GTIS Partners and Eastview Development.

Biscayne Beach has started construction on its 51 story condo, but seems to be moving slower compared to the other buildings in the Edgewater area. 

Biscayne Beach is being developed by GTIS Partners and Eastview Development. They recently secured a $120 million loan for the project.

Construction is expected to be completed in December 2016.

Biscayne Beach is another condo being developed in the Edgewater district of Miami and is located right off of Biscayne Bay.

The project will be 51 stories and contain 399 units. Biscayne Beach is being developed by GTIS Partners and Eastview Development. 

Construction began in April 2014.
