Parking Garage in Coconut Grove
A four story garage in Coconut Grove has been sold to Terra Group for $16 million, according to SFBJ. The garage, located at 3850 Oak Avenue, was sold by Miami Parking Authority with an agreement by Terra Group to make 50 spaces available for public transient parking.
Terra Group is building the nearby condos Grove at Grand Bay and Park Grove.
