TBT (August 24, 2015) - 4 years ago the Porsche Design Tower was on the 57th floor of construction and was close to topping off at 60 stories. The building located in Sunny Isles Beach eventually was completed in October 2016. Currently under construction next to the Porsche Design Tower is the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences which is close to topping off.

The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is currently on the 57th floor of the 60 story tower. When we last looked at the project they were 19 floors away from topping out. 

The Dezer Development project features a robotic parking elevator for each unit in the building. This allows the owner to park their car in their living room.

The building is expected to open by first quarter 2016.

TBT (May 11, 2015) - 4 years ago the 60 story Porsche Design Tower was under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. With a robotic garage, the tower eventually open at the end of 2016. The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is under construction next door.

The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is currently on the 41st floor of the 60 story high luxury condominium. With 19 floors to go, the building already towers over nearby condos. At our previous update, the project was at the 27th floor. 

The 650 foot project is being developed by Gil Dezer and designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The 60 story Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion and is scheduled to open in October.

Groundbreaking began in April 2013 with the building topping out in August 2015.

The 132 unit Porsche Design Tower features a robotic parking elevator where residents can park their cars in their own unit. 

The tower is being developed by Dezer Development and was designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The 60 story Porsche Design Tower with 132 units in Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion. 

The project broke ground in April 2013 and is expected to be completed later this Summer.

The Porsche Design Tower has topped out since we last looked in August 2015 and has reached 60 stories. The building stands out among the other buildings in the vicinity with its height. 

8 of the 132 units are still available, including the four level 17,000 square foot penthouse for $32.5 million. 22 billionaires have already purchased in the building.

The building is being developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez.
