Hyde Beach Resort & Residences
The 41 story Hyde Beach Resort & Residences has progressed significantly since we last looked at the project in April.
Both cranes have been removed from the site and all of the windows and balconies have been installed. The exterior painting is nearly complete with a mural going up on the South side of the parking garage.
Hyde Beach Resort & Residences is being developed by The Related Group and was designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates.

Hyde Beach Resort & Residences has topped out since we last looked at the 41 story tower in Hallandale Beach in August.
Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails has since opened in the building next to the condo on the beach.
The balconies and windows are currently being installed on the lower floors.

Hyde Beach Resort & Residences
In Hallandale Beach, Hyde Beach Resort & Residences is on the 18th floor of construction of the 41 story tower.
Located in front of the tower is Hyde Beach Club Kitchen + Cocktails, which just had it's soft opening two weekends ago. Residents of Hyde Beach Resort, Apogee Beach and Beachwalk have private access to their own level in the building.

After starting groundbreaking in September 2014, the Hyde Beach Resort & Residences has reached the 7th floor of the 41 story condo and resort condo building.

The construction perimeter has been extended around the surrounding beach area.
Hyde Beach Resort & Residences Site
Yesterday, Related Group had the groundbreaking for Hyde Beach Resort & Residences in Hallandale Beach.
The 41 story condo-hotel will have 40 condo units and 367 resort condo units that will be finished and furnished.
The architect on the project is Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associate with interiors by David Rockwell.
The project is expected to be completed by early summer 2016.
