Since reaching the
25th floor in November 2016, the 62 story One Thousand Museum is now at the halfway point and has reached the 31st floor. Just a little over a year ago in January 2016, One Thousand Museum was at the 5th floor.
As the windows continue to be installed, the exoskeleton of Zaha Hadid's design is taking shape, which allows to the building to have floor to ceiling windows and not have any interior columns. With 83 units, One Thousand Museum will also have a rooftop helipad. The first since

One Thousand Museum continues to rise taller in the Park West district of Miami
since our last update in May.
The 62 story luxury condominium designed by architect Zaha Hadid will reach 700 feet. A year ago,
the empty lot was getting ready for its foundation pour.
The exoskeleton on the building is becoming more pronounced and glass fiber reinforced concrete will be used for the columns above the 15th floor.
The building is expected to top off early Summer 2017 and be completed in 2018.
