57 Story Elysee Has Foundation Pour - Starting To Go Vertical

After being announced in August 2015 and construction starting November 2017, the 57 story Elysee in Edgewater is now starting to go vertical.

At 648 feet, Elysee had its foundation pour June 15 and is now having a crane installed on the site and is going vertical. 

Construction is expected to be complete 2020.

Construction Begins At Elysee In Edgewater

After working on the seawall in March of this year, foundation work, which includes pilings excavation and pouring the concrete, has begun at the Elysee in Edgewater after recently receiving $16.5 million in financing for this work.

Rising 649 feet, the 57 story Elysee is being developed by Two Roads Development, who also developed the recently completed Biscayne Beach. 

The building is expected to go vertical first quarter 2018 and be completed in 2019.

Work has started at the Elysee site in Edgewater with construction on the sea wall. The actual groundbreaking is expected to begin second quarter of this year. 

Elysee is being developed by Two Roads Development who are also developing the nearly completed Biscayne Beach in Edgewater and is being designed by Arquitectonica. The building will rise 57 stories at 644 feet and have 100 residential units with only 1 or 2 units per floor. Jean-Louis Denoit is doing the interior designs.
