River Landing Miami

The 23 story and 25 story River Landing Miami along the Miami River continues ahead as both towers have now topped off.

Developed by Urban X and designed by BC Architects, River Landing will have 507 rental units, 382,030 square feet of retail, 39,900 square feet of restaurant space and 2,200 parking spaces.

River Landing is expected to be completed early 2020.

ParkLine Towers at Virgin MiamiCentral

The two towers at ParkLine Towers at Virgin MiamiCentral are getting closer to completion since the South Tower topped off in February at 33 stories and the North Tower topped off in September 2018 at 30 stories.

A year ago, construction was beginning on the skybridge connecting the two towers. In November 2017, the North Tower started to go vertical.

Art Plaza Tower To Open This Month

The two tower Art Plaza at 34 stories in the Arts & Entertainment district is almost completed and scheduled to open this month as the final touches are being put on the building.

A year ago, construction reached the 8th floor before the East Tower topped off in November 2018 and the West Tower topping off at the beginning of this year.

Melo Group is also developing the nearby Miami Plaza, which just reached the 6th floor.

Park Line Towers At Virgin MiamiCentral Getting Closer To Completion

Since the South Tower topped off in February, both buildings at the Park Line Towers are getting closer to completion.

The North Tower topped off in September 2018.

With 816 rental units, the Park Line Towers are expected to be completed in the coming months.

Construction Begins At 43 Story Luma at Miami Worldcenter

Construction has started at the 43 story Luma at Miami Worldcenter which will rise 493 feet.

Luma at Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartments and is being developed by ZOM Living who also developed Solitair Brickell, Monarc at Met 3, the recently completed Muze at Met Square and the under construction Maizon at Brickell.

Zom Living recently secured a $119 million construction loan for the project.

Luma at Miami Worldcenter is part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex that includes the nearly completed Paramount Miami Worldcenter and the completed Caoba Miami Worldcenter.

The under construction Art Plaza in the Arts & Entertainment district is getting closer to completion since we last looked when the West Tower topped off in January. The East Tower topped off November 2018.

Both cranes have been removed and more of the exterior is looking like the finished product.

The East and West Tower are both 34 stories and will have a total of 667 rental units with 15,000 square feet of ground level retail.

Developed by Melo Art Plaza is next to the completion Square Station and near the under construction Miami Plaza.

Since topping off at the beginning of the year, the cranes at the 32 story Midtown 6 have been removed from the site.

Most of the windows have been installed on the building with exterior painting starting on the bottom portion of the building.

With 447 rental units, Midtown 6 is expected to be completed before the end of the year.
