What type of prints do you use?
We use c-prints printed on professional photographic paper using the latest digital printing technology. C-prints offer superior tonality, color saturation, and image permanency. We also print in matte (lustre) prints, which have less glare than glossy prints.
How are prints framed?
Framed prints come with a 3/4” black wood frame, 2” arctic white matte signed by the artist and a clear glass. Frames will arrive ready to hang with a wire in the back.
What is plexiglass?
Print is mounted on a 3mm plexiglass on the front and has a 3mm aluminum composite on the back. It has a strong 1” aluminum sub-frame that gives the plexiglass a “floating look.” The plexiglass will have two hooks in the back and ready to hang.
Will prints have watermark?
No, prints will not have the Golden Dusk Photography watermark on them.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What are your order times?
Please allow 3-4 days for prints to ship, 4-6 days for frames, and 7-14 days for plexiglass and oversized panoramic prints. Times do not include shipping, which depend on the method you choose at check out.
Do you deliver?
Yes, if you live in the Miami area and your order is over $90, we will deliver your order to you free of charge. Please select the free delivery option at checkout.
Do you offer rush service?
We do our best to accommodate rush orders. However, for certain orders, a 50% rush fee may apply.
What are your shipping times?
We currently offer USPS ground shipping (1-4 days) for U.S. orders. We currently do not have worldwide shipping on our online store; however, we encourage you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping rates. Please note that shipping charges quoted in our online store are approximate. We will bill any difference between the approximate shipping charges and actual shipping charges if there are discrepancies.
How are items packaged and shipped?
Smaller sized prints are sealed in plastic and shipped in flat cardboard boxes to ensure that the print is not damaged in transit. Larger sized prints are sealed in plastic and shipped rolled in heavy-duty cardboard tubes. Framed prints are shipped flat and packed with generous amounts of specialty packing material.
What is your return policy?
All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. If a product is damaged in-transit, please return the damaged item and we will replace it upon receipt. Outside of the in-transit exception as stated above, we do not accept returns or refunds once an item has been purchased.
