Beach 8 on Miami Beach
Construction has started at Beach House 8 on Miami Beach. They are currently on the 5th floor of the 10 story building that will only hold 8 units.
The building has completely sold out with units that started at $6.6 million.
The luxury residential property is being developed by Morabito Properties and CMC Group and designed by Arquitectonica.
The building is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
