East Coast Building Next to Miami River
Since reaching the halfway mark of construction in January and topping out in March, the East Coast Building is on schedule to complete in time.
The mixed used building will be mostly a storage facility, but also include retail space and two restaurants, one which will be on the rooftop offering views of the Miami skyline.
On the front of the building will be a 30 by 70 mural by FIU students.
