Revealed: The Towers By Foster + Partners

The Towers by Foster + Partners Rendering in Brickell

After many years sitting as an empty lot, and now currently a parking lot, a new luxury condominium may be coming to the last waterfront land in Brickell. The previous name was called Villa Magna, but is now called The Towers by Foster + Partners, according to Curbed Miami.

The Towers by Foster + Partners will be two luxury condominiums on a 2.5 acre site located at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive and one of the towers will be 1,049 feet, which has already been approved by the FAA. The second tower will reach 1,018 feet. The Towers will have 660 residential units.

The architect on Towers is Foster + Partners, who also designed Faena House on Miami Beach. Plans call for a interconnecting bridge between the two towers and also an underground parking garage.

The Towers by Foster + Partners is being developed by Florida East Coast Realty, Corigan Real Estate Group and McCourt Global Properties.
