The 57 story Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach is about to top off. The luxury condominium located at 16901 Collins Avenue was at the 43rd floor when we last looked in June.
Jade Signature was designed by Pritzker winning Herzog & de Meuron is being developed by Fortune International Group.
Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2017.
