Embassy Suites & Home 2 Rendering
Miami's Urban Development Review Board will review a 30 story Embassy Suites & Home 2 in West Brickell next week, according to The Next Miami.
The hotel, located in West Brickell at 1129 SW 3rd Ave, is next to a Miami City Storage building and across the street from the nearly completed rental apartment Broadstone Brickell.
The hotel, designed by Idea Architecture and developed by Valcan Investment, will rise 340 feet and have 353 rooms.
