The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 40th floor of construction and is three floors away from topping off. When we last looked in July, the building reached the 29th floor.

Rising to 493 feet, the building started going vertical a year ago in September 2019.

The building will have 434 rental units and is expected to be completed in 2021.

The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter is getting closer to top off as it reaches the 29th floor of construction.

Two months ago, construction was reached the 22nd floor.

Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 rental units and is located next to the under construction CitizenM Miami Worldcenter and in front of Caoba Miami Worldcenter.

Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 22nd floor after previously reaching the 16th floor at the beginning of March.

The 43 story tower is located next to the under construction CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is rising quickly to reach the 16th floor since we last looked at the project in January.

The 43 story building is starting to take shape after starting to go vertical in September 2019.

Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartments and is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group. The tower was designed by Stantec.

The 43 Story Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 12th floor of construction after starting to go vertical in September 2019.

Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 apartment units and rise 493 feet.

The parking garage on the West side of the building is also currently going vertical.

Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach

The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach has received its temporary certificate of occupancy on the building next to Surprise Lake.

The building has 111 residential units with pricing from $2 million to $40 million.

At the end of last month, the 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter had its foundation pour and is in the process of going vertical. Last month two cranes were installed on the site.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is the third tower in 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site to go vertical. Caoba Miami Worldcenter was completed early this year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was recently completed.

With 434 apartment units, Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.
