The 7 story AC Hotel Miami Midtown located at 3400 Biscayne Boulevard has been completed.

The Kobi Karp designed 153 room hotel with a rooftop pool, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms topped off a year ago.

AC Hotel Midtown Miami Construction Updates

The 7 story AC Hotel in Midtown Miami is getting closer to completion since topping off at the beginning of the year.

With 153 rooms, the hotel will have a rooftop pool, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms.

The under construction AC Hotel By Marriott in Midtown Miami has topped off after breaking ground April 2018.

The 7 story hotel will have 153 hotel rooms and is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

The Kobi Karp designed AC Hotel is being developed by Aztec Group, 3H Group of Tennessee and Arti Hersi Inc.

3H Group Hotels has purchased a 20,240 square foot lot in Edgewater located at 3047 Biscayne Boulevard for $7 million, according to The Real Deal.

The site was approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board for a 13 story hotel with 137 rooms.
