The under construction 50 story 830 Brickell located at 830 SE 1st Avenue has been approved by the Urban Development Review Board.

Developed by OKO Group and designed by Adrian Smith of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, 830 Brickell will have 490,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail and an indoor/outdoor restaurant on level 53.

WeWork will occupy 10 floors in the building.

Foundation work continues at the 830 Brickell Plaza site in Brickell next to the SLS Lux where WeWork will occupy 10 floors in the office tower.

The 834 foot height of the building was approved by the FAA and the top corners of the building will reach 793 feet, mostly likely giving it a pointed top.

Construction is expected to be completed by 2021.

CMC Group To Sell Lot In Brickell At 830 SE 1st Ave

A 0.8 acre lot in Brickell located at 830 SE 1st Ave is back on the market, according to The Real Deal. 

The site was purchased in July 2013 by Ugo Colombo's CMC Group along with partner Vladimir Doronin for $21.5 million. Colombo and Doronin are partnering on Brickell Flatiron condo. CMC Group sold land next to The Epic Hotel & Residences for $125 million in July of 2014.

The lot is being listed as 830 Brickell and is right next to SLS Lux, across the street from Brickell City Centre and just West of 800 Brickell, which just sold for $112 million.

Ugo Columbo and Vladimir Doronin to Develop Lot East of SLS Brickell

Ugo Colombo has again teamed up with Russian Developer Vladimir Doronin and they have plans to develop the site at 30 SE 8th St. where a Chicken Kitchen is currently located.

According to Inhabit Miami, Doronin bought the land for $21.5 million in a bankruptcy auction in July 2013. Renzo Renzi, the developer who lost the land had plans for a condo called Beacon at Brickell. 

Colombo and Doronin just announced the Brickell Flatiron condo recently and are expected to release plans for the new site in the near future.

Colombo Set to Develop Brickell Flatiron Condo

According to the Miami Herald, Miami developer Ugo Colombo is teaming up with Russian developer Vladimir Doronin to create the Brickell Flatiron Condo. 

Currently used as a park, the future condo is planned to be 65 stories high and located on South Miami Ave. 

The Miami Herald says, "The 750-foot skyscraper is designed with floor-to-ceiling glass exteriors throughout the units, which will feature 11-foot-deep, elliptical balconies." 

Ugo Colombo has developed the Bristol Tower, Santa Maria and the Epic Residences and Hotel. 

Ground breaking is slated to start before the end of the year.
