Plans For 32 Story Krystal II Submitted For Downtown Miami

The Krystal Tower site, located at 530 NW First Court in Downtown Miami is planning to be revamped as the 32 story Krystal II, according to Miami Today.

The site was sold in January for $8.5 million to BH Investments.

The original Krystal Tower was under construction in 2006 and supposed to be a 35 story condo with 153 residential units, but never got finished and remained a vacant 4 story shell for 13 years.

Krystall II will be 32 stories with 154 residential units, 79,180 square feet of office space and 4,440 square feet of retail space.

The Krystal Tower site in Downtown Miami located at 530 NW First Court has been sold for $8.5 million, according to The Real Deal. The seller is Rodolfo Ishak and the buyer is BH Investments

Krystal Tower was supposed to be a 35 story condo with 153 residential units when announced in September 2014. It was then changed to Miami Station Tower in July 2016, but never materialized as the building remained uncompleted.

The site in located across the street from 3 MiamiCentral and next to a lot purchased for $4.7 million September 2016 where a 150 rental building was planned.

A 35 story residential condo located at 530 NW 1st Court, called Krystal Tower with 153 units has been put on hold, according to SFBJ. There is a 5 story shell from the previous building that was foreclosed on. Krystal Tower began sales on November 2014.

Developer Plans Krystal Tower In Downtown Miami

A Brazilian developer, part of the Krystal Investment Solution, is planning to build a condo in Downtown Miami located at 530 NW 1st Court. The condo is on the edge of Downtown Miami and Overtown. 

The project will have 153 residential units and rise 35 stories. Glidden Spina + Partners was the architect on the tower.

Currently there is a shell of a previous building on the site that was foreclosed on. Krystal Investment Solution paid $3.5 million for the property.

Construction is expected to start this Winter and be completed in Summer of 2016.
