Aston Martin Residences Construction

The Aston Martin Residences has reached the halfway mark as construction reaches the 33rd floor of the 66 story tower in Downtown Miami.

When we last looked in July, the building was on the 20th floor.

The shape of the building is starting to look more prominent and was designed to look like a sailboat. When completed, the building will have 391 residences and rise 816 feet.

The building will be completed in 2022.

Society Biscayne Construction

Society Biscayne has reached the 26th floor of construction and is rising quickly in Downtown Miami.

The Sieger Suarez designed building will have 649 rental units and be completed in Fall 2021.

Regatta Harbour Coconut Grove Construction

Since closing a year ago, Scotty’s Landing (Grove Bay Grill) has been demolished to make way for the 7 acre Regatta Harbour. Next to the demolished restaurant was The Chart House restaurant which was also demolished two years ago.

In its place will be a Cut & Dry Restaurant and Afishonado Restaurant, event space, marina with 400 slips, public baywalk and two Pan Am hangars turned into retail space.

The Grove Bay Parking Garage was completed last month and began construction in June 2018.

57 Story Missoni Baia Reaches Halfway Point Of Construction

Missoni Baia Construction

The 57 story Missoni Baia in Edgewater has reached the 28th floor of construction and is at the halfway mark. In July, the building just reached the 10th floor.

Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units with prices ranging from $600,000 to $9 million.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

CitizenM Miami Worldcenter Topped Off

After going vertical in May of this year, the 12 story CitizenM Miami Worldcenter has reached the 11th floor and is one floor away from top off.

The 351 room hotel will be completed next year.

Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction

The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 40th floor of construction and is three floors away from topping off. When we last looked in July, the building reached the 29th floor.

Rising to 493 feet, the building started going vertical a year ago in September 2019.

The building will have 434 rental units and is expected to be completed in 2021.

Society Biscayne Construction

Construction continues at the 49 story Society Biscayne located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami as the tower portion of the building is rising.

Construction began a year in September 2019.

Society Biscayne will have 646 rental units, 51,000 square feet of commercial space and will be completed in Fall 2021.
