New Design For 40 Story Tower At 1836 Biscayne Boulevard

1836 Biscayne Boulevard

New plans have been submitted for a 40 story tower at 1836 Biscayne Boulevard and rising 419 feet. The tower would be next First Church of Christ Scientist building that will be preserved.

The building will have 364 rental units with a rooftop pool and ground level retail.

Another design was submitted in January 2015 that had a tower over the existing couch with columns inside.

Fifteen Group paid $14.3 million for the property in November 2014.

Construction has started on the 31 story Grand Station at 240 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami.

A crane has been installed on the site and work is getting started for a foundation pour.

Grand Station was designed by Zyscovich Architects and will have 300 apartments.

Miami Plaza Reaches 26th Floor Of Construction

The 35 story Miami Plaza in the Arts & Entertainment district is rising quickly and has reached the 26th floor and 9 floors away from topping off.

We we last looked at the building at the end of July, construction was on the 11th floor and started going vertical in April.

Developed by Melo Group, Miami Plaza will have 425 rental units.

Construction is progressing at the 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami project with over 700 apartment units.

A year ago, construction was starting to go vertical on the site.

The 32 story Midtown 6 is getting closer to completion since topping off at the beginning of the year.

Construction began on Midtown 6 with 447 rental units in February 2018.

At the end of last month, the 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter had its foundation pour and is in the process of going vertical. Last month two cranes were installed on the site.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is the third tower in 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site to go vertical. Caoba Miami Worldcenter was completed early this year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was recently completed.

With 434 apartment units, Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.

After starting construction in May, a crane has been installed at the 43 story tower site Luma Miami Worldcenter.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.

The rental building will have 434 units.

Luma is located next to Caoba, which was completed in January and across from the recently completed Paramount Miami Worldcenter.
