Downtown 5th Construction
The under construction two tower Downtown 5th is close to topping off as the East Tower has reached the 47th floor before topping off at 53 stories. The West Tower is about 7 floors behind, but will top off at 53 stories as well.
Construction began in February of this year and both tower should be topped off before the end of 2020 with both towers opening early 2021.

Downtown 5th Construction
The first glass has been installed at Downtown 5th in Downtown Miami as the East Tower reaches the 25th floor and the West Tower reaches the 11th floor.
The foundation pour started on the East Tower at the beginning of February.
With two 53 story towers, Downtown 5th will reach 495 and have a total of 1,042 rental units.

Downtown 5th Construction
Construction at Downtown 5th is moving fast as the West Tower has reached the 8th floor and the East Tower is now on the 18th floor. At the beginning of April the towers were on the 2nd and 7th floors.
The two towers, both at 53 stories, will have a total of 1,042 rental units.

Miami Plaza
The 35 story Miami Plaza is nearly completed and almost ready to open after topping off at the beginning of the year.
Rising 370 feet with 425 rental units, construction started going vertical on the tower only a year ago.
The Melo Group Miami Plaza is located next to the completed Square Station and Art Plaza, also developed by Melo Group.
Melo Group also has the under construction Downtown 5th, which will be two towers both at 53 stories.

Downtown 5th Miami Construction
After starting the foundation pour at the beginning of February, the East Tower at Downtown 5th has now reached the 7th floor while the West Tower has reached the 2nd floor.
When we last looked in March, The East Tower was on the 2nd floor and the West Tower just had the foundation pour.
Both towers will rise 53 stories at 495 feet.

Downtown 5th East Tower
The foundation was poured over the weekend on the West Tower at the two tower Downtown 5th building in Downtown Miami.
The foundation was poured on the East Tower last month as construction is currently on the 2nd floor.
Both towers will rise 53 stories at 45 feet with 1,042 rental units.

The foundation has been poured on the East Tower at Downtown 5th in Downtown Miami.
There will be a West and East tower both at 53 stories and 495 feet with a combined 1,042 rental units.
