The 35 story Miami Plaza in the Arts & Entertainment district has reached the 6th floor of construction.

Rising 370 feet, foundation work started in January and started going vertical in April.

Developed by Melo Group, Miami Plaza will have 425 rental units.

After beginning construction in January, two cranes at Miami Plaza have been installed and construction is starting to go vertical.

The 35 story rental tower will have 425 units and rise 370 feet.

Miami Plaza is being developed by Melo Group who also have the nearby and nearly completed two tower Art Plaza.

Foundation work has started at Miami Plaza located at 1502 NE Miami PL in the Arts & Entertainment District.

Developed by Melo Group, Miami Plaza will rise 35 stories at 370 feet with 425 rental units.

Melo Group also developed the nearby Square Station and the under construction Art Plaza.

Miami’s Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board has approved the rezone of Melo Group's Miami Plaza project, according to The Real Deal. 

The Miami Plaza site would be 36 stories and is located next to the under construction Square Station, also by Melo Group, which is about to top off soon.

Also, getting approval from Miami City Commissioners was Art Plaza, located at 58 NE 14th Street and will be two towers at 34 floors and 667 units. There will be 15,000 square feet of commercial space and 946 parking spaces.
