Engle Building In Coconut Grove

As part of the new re-emergence of Coconut Grove with new towers including Grove at Grand Bay, Park Grove and the soon to be built waterfront development, is the Engle building.

Located at 2980 McFarlane Road, the Engle building is owned by the Fort family, which is well known for their Miami based architect firm Arquitectonica. Arquitectonica also redesigned the building. New tenants in the building include Harry's Pizzeria, Panther Coffee, Büro Group and a Clyde Butcher gallery, according to the Real Deal.

The intersection where the building is located is one of the main focal points of the Grove and with the potential addition of a bookstore, juice bar and bakery will only further help create the rise of Coconut Grove once again.
