Three years after breaking ground, the 24 story Indigo Hotel Brickell is still under construction.
With 230 hotel rooms, the building topped off in January 2017. The hotel is being developed by HES Group and Sunview Companies.

The 24 story Indigo Hotel Brickell in West Brickell has had the crane removed since we last looked in April and the windows are continuing to be installed.

Indigo Hotel Brickell Topped Out
The 24 story Indigo Hotel Brickell has topped out after starting construction in October 2015. When we last looked in September 2016, the hotel just reached the 15th floor.
The Indigo Hotel Brickell is located in West Brickell at 145 SW 11th Street and is being developed by HES Group and Sunview Companies. The hotel will have 230 rooms.

Hotel Indigo Rendering
Hotel Indigo in West Brickell will break ground in 10 days, according to The Real Deal.
The 24 story hotel located at 145 SW 11th Street will have 140 rooms and is being developed by HES Group and Sunview companies.
The lot, which has been empty for years, just received a $34.5 million financing loan from Ocean Bank.
