After opening The Four Seasons Hotel and the North Tower in March 2017, the South Tower is now open at The Surf Club with all construction completed. 

The North and South Tower are 12 stories with 150 units including 9 rooftop penthouses.

The 12 story Arte by Antonio Citterio in Surfside is now starting to go vertical after beginning foundation work in January 2017. 

With only 12 units, Arte by Antonio Citterio is being developed by ASRR Capital and Süzer Group. ASRR Capital closed on a large site in Edgewater where they plan to building two towers in June 2017.

Construction is expected to be completed bu the end of 2018.

A Look Inside The Completed Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel and Residences

Originally opened in 1930 and founded by Harvey Firestone, the Surf Club was designed by architect Russell Pancoast as a Mediterranean style villa located in Surfside, Florida. Over the years it was attended by the likes of Elizabeth Taylor, Winston Churchill and Frank Sinatra.

The property was purchased by Fort Capital in 2012 and transformed into three glass towers surrounded by the original restored clubhouse on 9 acres of property. There are two 12 story residential towers, the North Tower and South Tower, plus a Four Seasons Hotel with 80 rooms. The North Tower is expected to open next month while the South Tower is expected to open in sometime in August/September. The Four Seasons Hotel officially opened in March of this year.

Construction Begins At Arte By Antonio Citterio Site

The 12 story Arte by Antonio Citterio has begun construction in Surfside. 

Located at 8955 Collins Avenue next to the under construction Surf Club Four Seasons, Arte by Antonio Citterio will have 16 ultra luxury units starting at 5,500 square feet. Across the street, an amenities building will be built that will have a club room, cigar room, golf simulator and rooftop tennis courts.

The building is designed by Antonio Citterio with Kobi Karp as the architect on record. Moriarty is the general contractor. 

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

Arte By Antonio Citterio Condo Planned For Surfside

A 16 unit, 12 story condo called Arte By Antonio Citterio is coming to 8955 Collins Avenue. The site was purchased by ASRR Capital and Süzer Group for $40 million in 2015

An apartment built in 1952 has been demolished at the site.

Arte By Antonio Citterio is next to the under construction Surf Club Four Seasons next door. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

The 12 story Fendi Château Residences located at 9365 Collins Avenue in Surfside is nearly complete. 

The luxury condominium with only 58 units was developed by Chateau Group and was designed by Arquitectonica.

As Fort Capital looks at a second phase expansion, construction is still continuing at The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Surfside. 

All the windows and balconies have been installed on the North, South and Four Seasons Hotel since we last looked at the project in May. The roof and exterior of the original Surf Club ballroom by architect Russell Pancoast in the front of the project is almost completely restored. The ballroom will be used as a lobby and reception area.

The Surf Club Four Seasons has two 12 story residences with 150 residential units plus 9 rooftop penthouses. The Four Seasons hotel will have 80 rooms. The project is being developed by Fort Capital and designed by Richard Meier and Partners Architects and Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
