Armani Casa Residences on Sunny Isles Beach
Located at 18795 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Residences by Armani/Casa will be a 56 story luxury condominium. The project is being developed by The Related Group and Dezer Development, who are also building Hyde Midtown together.
Groundbreaking on the building designed by César Pelli began on March 9th. Amenities will include restaurant, cigar room, wine cellar, two story spa, movie theater and club room.
Prices for the units start at $2 million all the way up to $15 million for the penthouse unit, which was designed by Giorgio Armani and includes a trip to Italy to meet him.
Construction is expected to be completed by February 2019.
