One Park Grove Reaches 15th Floor

After reaching the 8th floor at the end of October, construction has now reached the 15th floor at One Park Grove in Coconut Grove.

One Park Grove will have only 64 residential units and top off at 20 stories. One Park Grove is the last tower to be built in the 5.2 acre Park Grove complex along with Two Park Grove and the Club Residences. The tower is being built on the site of the former Coconut Grove Bank building.

Park Grove was designed by Rem Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu of OMA and is expected to be completed in 2019.

Construction is completed on Two Park Grove and The Club Residences which are two 20 story towers part of the 5.2 acre Park Grove complex.

The last tower remaining to be built is the 20 story One Park Grove, which is currently on the 8th floor of construction after breaking ground in March of this year. One Park Grove, with only 64 residential units, is currently rising on the site of where there used to be a Coconut Grove Bank.

Park Grove was designed by Rem Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu of OMA and developed by Terra Group.

Construction is progressing at Park Grove on the two towers, Two Park Grove and the Club Residences since topping off in March. 

All of the cranes have been removed from the site and demolition has begun on the old Coconut Grove Bank, which will be the new location of the last tower - One Park Grove. One Park Grove will be a 20 story tower with 64 residential units.

At the beginning of the year, the Residences by Armani Casa had its concrete pour for the luxury condominium in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 56 story condo is now going vertical and has reached the 5th floor, with workers prepping for the 6th floor. 

With 308 residential units, the César Pelli designed building is expected to be completed by early 2019.

The Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles Beach received its concrete pour this weekend with 13,200 cubic yards, which means the building will start going vertical shortly.

The 308 unit tower will rise 56 stories at a height of 649 feet and was designed by architect César Pelli. Condos range from 1,350 to 4,160 square feet with prices starting from $2 million to $15 million. 

The Residences by Armani Casa is being developed by Dezer Development and The Related Group, who are also collaborating on the almost topped out Hyde Midtown. 

Groundbreaking began in March 2016 and is expected to be completed early 2019.

Construction is going quickly at Park Grove as The Club Residences and Two Park Grove continue to rise. Both towers are at the 12th floor and will top out at 20 stories. Previously, when we last looked in October 2015, both towers were at the 5th floor.

Park Grove, designed by Rem Koolhaas of OMA, are starting to have the windows installed on the lower portion of the towers. The amenities deck atop of the new Coconut Grove Bank is taking shape and will feature 4 pools.

Paraiso Bay And Gran Paraiso Construction Updates

When we last looked at construction on Paraiso Bay, the 55 story condo was about to top off. Since that time, all the windows and balconies are nearly installed with only 4 more floors remaining. 

Construction on Gran Paraiso has reached the 12th floor and has changed significantly since we looked in May. Progress is being made on the amenities deck, which will be shared with residents of Paraiso Bay. Below the amenities deck are the Bay Homes that will have 4 different levels including a rooftop deck with a spa.
