The 30 story Sabadell Financial Center in Brickell has been sold for $250 million, according to The Real Deal.

The building was purchased by Parkway Properties and KKR and the seller is  Prudential Real Estate Investors.

The building was built in 2000 along with the neighboring JW Marriott hotel and is located next to the tallest building in Miami - Panorama Tower.

The Sabadell Financial Center will be renamed 1111 Brickell.

1111 Brickell Site Looking For 751 Foot Height Approval

After being approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board, Aimco is looking to get FAA approval to 751 feet for the redevelopment of 1111 Brickell Bay Drive called 1111 Brickell.

The existing building will be redeveloped into a hotel with 250 rooms and 178 residential units. The second phase will include a 751 foot tower, up from the original 690 feet height, with over 572 residential units.

After being announced late 2016, both 888 Brickell Avenue and 1111 Brickell have been approved by Miami's Urban Development Review.

888 Brickell Avenue will be a 38 story office tower designed by Arquitectonica that will replace an aging 7 story building built in 1972. 

Developer AIMCO is planning to renovate the existing Yacht Club building in the first phase. The second phase will include demolition of the parking garage and building a new 61 story, 690 foot condo with 572 residential units and 961 parking spaces.

Brickell Yacht Club To Be Redeveloped Into 1111 Brickell

The existing condo on Brickell Bay Drive call Brickell Yacht Club may be redeveloped into another condo called 1111 Brickell, according to The Next Miami.

Plans have been submitted to Miami's Planning and Zoning department while the Urban Development Review Board will review it on November 15th. 

Plans call for a new 61 story condo with 572 units, with the existing Brickell Yacht Club turned into a hotel with 250 rooms and 178 residential units.

REIT Aimco is the developer and Stantec the architect.
