In April, we had a look at the entire Faena District in Miami Beach, which included the completed Faena House and Faena Hotel.

Faena Forum, designed by Rem Koolhaas of OMA, is a 42,565 square foot building for the arts and scheduled to open in November, in time for Art Basel.

Next to Faena Forum is Faena Bazaar, which will feature retail and office space, plus a parking garage.
