After submitting approvals at the beginning of the year, Villa Magna has been approved by the FAA with a height of 1,049 feet.
Villa Magna is 2.5 acre waterfront site located at 1201 Brickell Bay Dr in the Brickell district of Miami and is to be developed by Florida East Coast Realty and MG Properties Partners.
Florida East Coast Realty is currently developing the under construction Panorama Tower down the street, which will be 868 feet.
