2000 Ocean Construction
The 38 story 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach is rising quickly since we last looked in September as construction was reaching the 5th floor.
Construction has now reached the 14th floor and a crane has been installed on site.
With 64 residential units, 2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.
Construction has reached the 12th floor at 2000 Ocean! A tower crane has been installed on-site and exterior glazing has begun. Plumbing and ductwork are being installed up through the building. 2000 Ocean is slated for completion in Spring 2021.
