2000 Ocean Construction
The 38 story 2000 Ocean in Hallandale Beach is rising quickly as construction reaches the 20th floor.
The first glass has been installed on the lower floor of the building.
2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in next year in Spring 2021.

Construction has reached the 22nd floor. Hurricane impact glass has been installed up to the 8th floor. Work on the East pool and typical amenities levels has commenced. 2000 Ocean construction is over 50% complete.
