The 20 story Midtown 29 is completed after going vertical August 2016. The building topped off exactly one year ago today in February 2017.

With 309 rental units, Midtown 29 was developed by Morgan Group and designed by Stantec.

Midtown 29 is getting closer to completion for a delivery of January 2018.

Most of the exterior of the building has been painted and the balconies installed since our last update in July. 

Designed by Stantec, with 309 rental units, Midtown 29 topped off in February of this year.

Midtown 29 is progressing since we last looked at the project in May. A year ago, Midtown 29 was just starting to go vertical.

Most of the windows are in and the balconies are starting to be installed on the units. 

Construction is expected to be completed early 2018.

Since topping off in February, both cranes have been removed from Midtown 29 and the glass is continuing to be installed on the building. 

With 309 rental units, Midtown 29 will be completed by early 2018.

Midtown 29, located at 180 NE 29th St has topped out in Midtown Miami. Construction on the 309 unit rental apartment started going vertical in August 2016. 

Construction is expected to be completed early 2018.

Midtown 29 is rising quickly and has reached the 17th floor and should top out in the next few weeks. 

The rental building will have 309 units and 12,000 square feet of retail. Midtown 29 is located across the nearby Midtown 5, which is another rental building that was just completed.

After starting to go vertical at the beginning of August, Midtown 29 is currently on the 7th floor of construction. 

The apartment in Midtown Miami will have 309 units and will be rise 20 stories. 

Across the street Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 were recently proposed.
