SunTrust International Center Sold For $127M

The 31 story SunTrust International Center located at 1 SE 3rd Avenue in Downtown Miami has been sold for $127 million, according to The Real Deal. 

Built in 1969 on a 46,844 square foot lot, the building was purchased by PCCP LLC, a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles, and sold by Crocker Partners. Crocker Partners purchased the building for $82.4 million in August 2011. 

The nearby Southeast Financial Center sold for $516.6 million in December 2016 and The New World Tower sold for $84 million in October 2016.

Preliminary Construction Set To Begin on Brickell Bayview Center

Fencing has been added to the Brickell Bayview Center site at 86 SW 8th St. The ramp that leads into the parking garage into the Chase building next door is going to be coming down soon in preparation of the construction. 

The 48 story tower was given approval by the FAA in September 2014.

The FAA has given the okay for Brickell Bayview Center to start construction according to exMiami.

Brickell Bayview Center will be a 48 story condo with 420 residential units and 4,500 square feet of ground floor retail. 

The project was design by Jonathan Cardello of ADD Inc., the developer is Crocker Partners and the constructor is Balfour Beatty.

Brickell Bayview Center is located at 86 SW 8th St next to Brickell Heights, Brickell City Centre and next to an office building that was just put up for sale.

Construction is expected to start soon.
