Glass is now being installed at the two story Grove Bay Parking Garage in Coconut Grove where the ground level retail will be.

Construction on the garage began a year ago and was expected to be completed this Spring after delays.

The Grove Bay Parking Garage is part of the Regatta Harbour development where the Chart House restaurant used to be.

The Grove Bay Parking Garage is getting closer to completion and for a Spring 2019 opening date.

The two story garage began construction June 2018 and will have 253 parking spaces. There will also be a small park and surface parking next to the garage.

The two story Grove Bay Parking Garage between the City of Miami and Miami Parking Authority is taking shape in Coconut Grove after starting construction in June 2018.

Amendments are being considered for the site, which include reducing the size of the garage and retail areas, change critical dates to coincide with the current construction schedule of the garage, and allow a rent abatement of $58,333.33 monthly for two years.

The garage is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2019.

Site work has started on the two story Grove Bay Garage in Coconut Grove and workers begin clearing the land. Originally, three stories, the garage has been reduced to two floors, but will still have 333 parking spaces. 

After much delay, construction started on The Harbour in March after the demolition of the abandoned Chart House Restaurant that was on the site.

Since starting construction in August 2014, The East Coast Building along the Miami River is nearly complete. The storage facility with a rooftop restaurant and ground level restaurant recently completed the painting on the exterior of the building.

Since reaching the halfway mark of construction in January and topping out in March, the East Coast Building is on schedule to complete in time.

East Coast Building

After starting construction in July 2014, the East Coast Building is already at the halfway mark of its 9 story height. 

Located on the Miami River next to Flagler on the River, the building will be mixed use that will include a rooftop restaurant. 

Across the street will be the second phase of Flagler on the River on the old East Coast Fisheries site.
