Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach

TBT (May 11, 2015) - 4 years ago the 60 story Porsche Design Tower was under construction in Sunny Isles Beach. With a robotic garage, the tower eventually open at the end of 2016. The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is under construction next door.

The Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is currently on the 41st floor of the 60 story high luxury condominium. With 19 floors to go, the building already towers over nearby condos. At our previous update, the project was at the 27th floor. 

The 650 foot project is being developed by Gil Dezer and designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The Estates at Aqualina South Tower has reached the 14th floor of construction since starting to go vertical in February of this year.

Both the South and North Tower will be 50 stories and have been approved by the FAA for 700 feet. The foundation pour for the North Tower should take place soon.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is getting taller every month as it rises next to the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach.

Two months ago, construction was on the 37th floor. The 54 story tower is getting closer to top off.

The Carlos Zapata designed building is being developed by Turnberry Associates.

The 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion since topping off in November 2018.

The pool deck and front entrance are under construction while most of the glass has been installed on the building.

The Arquitectonica designed building is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

The Estates at Aqualina south tower has reached the 5th floor of construction after starting to go vertical in February.

Reaching 649 feet, the South Tower will be completed by the end of 2020 with construction on the North Tower completed six months after.

The Estates at Aqualina is being developed by Trump Group and designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates.

The Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach continues to rise quickly as construction is reaching the 37 floor before topping off at 54 stories.

At the end of January, construction was reaching the 32nd floor. The building should be top before the end of the year.

First Tower At The Estates at Aqualina Going Vertical

Construction is underway at The Estates at Aqualina in Sunny Isles Beach as the first tower is starting to go vertical.

On December 14, 2018, a 17 hour foundation pour occurred on the tower as over 24,000 tons of concrete was poured.

Condos at The Estates at Aqualina start at $4.2 million and go up to $14 million. Amenities include a spa and fitness center, Circus Maximus restaurant, ice skating rink, a Formula One simulator, a golfing simulator, bowling lanes, a movie theater, and a Wall Street Trader’s Club room with computers and a boardroom, a Speakeasy and a boxing ring in the gym.

The second cement pour on the other tower will start later this year.
