Triptych Miami
Triptych Miami is a mixed use building that will be a 290 room hotel, 40,000 square feet of retail space, 31,000 square feet of office space and have a rooftop restaurant.
The project will be located at 3601 North Miami Avenue in Midtown Miami next to I-195, across from the Design District and just a block away from the under construction District 36. Triptych is being developed by HES Group and the 330 foot height was recently approved by the FAA, according to The Next Miami.
