SLS Lux Brickell Is Making Progress

The 58 story SLS Lux Brickell at 801 South Miami Avenue is making progress since topping out in December 2016.

The parking garage is almost completely enclosed and the mural by artist Fabián Burgos is extending further along the West side of the base. Only 6 floors remain for the balconies and windows to be installed. The top the building is taking shape where there will be a rooftop pool.

Construction is expected to be completed by November of this year.

Crane Removed At Echo Brickell

The crane that was in the front of Echo Brickell has almost been removed and the curves of the building along Brickell Avenue are more apparent.

The 57 story luxury condo recently topped out at the end of January.

1010 Brickell Construction Updates

1010 Brickell is moving quickly towards a opening in the Summer of 2017.

The hoist has been removed from the East side of the building and the base of the parking garage is being painted. Work is also progressing on the rooftop pool.

Construction began in November 2014 on the Sieger Suarez designed building in Brickell.

Edge On Brickell Requests For Taller Tower

The Edge on Brickell, designed by architect Kobi Karp, is seeking approval for a taller building on their site located on the edge of the Miami River, according to The Next Miami.

The 13,797 square foot lot was purchased for $18.3 million in July 2015. The new request would see the tower rise taller to 631 feet and 58 stories from the original 55 stories and 606 feet.

A vacant sales center has been on the sitting on the site for over two years from the original developer.

Brickell Flatiron Construction Photos

Almost a year since ground breaking, Brickell Flatiron is starting to rise on the 65 story condo in Brickell. The columns are starting to form as the building reaches the second floor. Brickell Flatiron is one of many buildings in Brickell that are changing the skyline since 2013.

Brickell Heights Photos

Brickell Heights is inching closer to completion and is now officially 100% sold out. Closings are expected to begin at the end of April.

The Arquitectonica designed building will have five swimming pools, including two rooftop pools on the West and East tower. The two towers have incredible views of the city from the rooftop. Amenities include a SoulCycle and 30,000 square foot Equinox gym.

12 Story Retail and Garage Planned For Brickell World Plaza Site

Plans have been revealed for a 12 story retail and parking garage on a surface parking lot at the Brickell World Plaza site, according to The Next Miami.

The building would have 23,168 square feet of restaurant space and 553 parking spaces. However, future plans in a second phase include a 904 foot tower with 360 hotel rooms and 134 residential units.
