Located at 1101 Brickell Bay Dr., the building will be 82 stories and will include residential units, hotel, retail and a much needed observation deck on the top floor.
Panorama Tower is being developed by longtime Miami developer Tibor Hollo and his Florida East Coast Realty company.
The project is expected to be completed in mid 2017.

Brickell City Centre Sales Office Lights Up at Night
Brickell City Centre Sales Office Lights Up at Night
A month ago, Swire started putting a white drape over the old Northern Trust building. We knew that they were planning on using the building as a sales office for Brickell City Centre, but did not know what the white drape was for.
It turns out the white drape will be used for interactive sales for selling residential units at Brickell City Centre. The units of Brickell City Centre they are selling are part of Condo West and Condo North.
Last night was the first time the sales center has been lit with the white drape and it looks fantastic among the other buildings of Brickell Avenue.
The building is located at 700 Brickell Ave. and will be demolished as part of the phase two construction of Brickell City Centre and One Brickell City Centre.

Museum Park Miami
As part of the construction of Perez Art Museum of Miami and the Patricia and Phillip Museum of Science, Museum Park got a complete revamp from when it was Bicentennial Park.
The near completed park sits next to Biscayne Bay and is located next to the American Airlines Arena separated by a boat slip, which David Beckham wants to use for his MLS soccer stadium.
The landscaping and construction on Museum Park has progressed quickly, even from three weeks ago when the park looked like this.
The park is surrounded by many palm trees and even has trees that were moved from Brickell City Centre.
There are many park benches and bike racks for people to be able to enjoy. When sitting on one the benches, the park offers spectacular views of Watson Island, South Beach, Port of Miami, Downtown Miami and the "Biscayne Wall." In the morning or at night Museum Park is a great spot to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port.
Sculptures that were part of Bicentennial Park have been included in the new Museum Park including the El Nuevo Mundo sculpture, which has been moved to the front entrance of the park.
With the addition of the Perez Art Museum of Miami and Frost Museum of Science, Museum Park should be a welcome addition to residents and tourists of Miami.
The official opening is expected to be June 14.
2013 Miami Heat Parade
Tonight at 9:00pm the Miami Heat play the San Antonio Spurs in a rematch of the 2013 NBA Finals.
Last year they went to a game 7 where the Miami Heat pulled off the victory for their second title in a row.
If they beat the Spurs again this year, they will be the first team since the 2000-02 Los Angeles Lakers to three-peat.
The Heat are also the first team since the 1984-87 Boston Celtics to make four finals in a row.
Here's hoping the Miami Heat can bring another NBA championship to Miami and have another parade through the streets of Downtown.
Below are photos of the 2013 parade.

The site will have two 49 story towers and approximately 690 units. The towers were designed by Arquitectonica. A third tower was added to the project across the street, which will include the SLS Lux Hotel and Residences Brickell. A total of 1,215 units are being offered for sale.
The site is located between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre.
Moss and Associates was awarded the construction contract.
