In 1930, the Surf Club was built in the Surfside neighborhood of Miami Beach and was frequented by many celebrities of the day. In 2012, the property was purchased by Fort Capitol with plans to incorporate the property into a Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences.

Construction at Panorama Tower is making headway since we last checked in in February.
The tower is currently on the 11th floor of the 85 story project. The bottom pedestal will have offices and a hotel that will reach the 19th floor before rising into 821 residential apartments that will include a restaurant /lounge on the 48th floor.
Proposed Art Under I-95
A sculpture from artist Janet Echelman could be added underneath the I-95 bridge, according to The Next Miami.
The artwork is part of the proposed $21 million in public benefits from developer Chetrit Group to help building taller and denser for their Miami River Project.

After topping off at the beginning of this year, 250 Wynwood is in the final stages of completion. All residential units are sold out.
The building incorporates colorful designs and patterns on the facade that fits in with the character of Wynwood.
The building is located down the street from Panther Coffee.
Going up in the ever changing Design District is Design 41, which will have retail, offices and a rooftop restaurant. The name was chosen from a Curbed Miami contest.
The building is designed by Enrique Norten who also designed One Ocean on South Beach.
Conrad Miami Hotel on Brickell Ave.
The Conrad Miami Hotel in the Espirito Santo Plaza is listed for sale, according to The Real Deal.
The hotel includes 103 residential condos, retail and offices inside the hotel. The listing agent, CBRE, expects it to sell for over $100 million.
The Espirito Santo building is also listed for sale in a separate transaction.
Brickell Ten in West Brickell
Brickell Ten has passed the halfway mark and is now on the 14th floor of the 22 story condo. Since we last updated on the project it was on the 6th floor.
Next to Brickell Ten is Broadstone Brickell, which is also under construction.
