Construction at Ten30 has reached the second floor. We are now only 2 floors away until top off! You can see the building coming to life above the site fencing. The covered parking garage is 75% complete. Installation of slab mechanical, electrical, plumbing is in progress.

The 4 story Ten30 South has reached the second floor and is halfway to top off. The building will have 43 residential units starting at $400,000 and is being developed by Shoma Group.

Paris Theater in Miami Beach

The Paris Theater located at 550 Washington Ave in Miami Beach has been sold for $13 million, according to The Real Deal.

The 25,589 square building, built in 1945, was purchased by Massa Investment and was previous sold in 1992 for $975,000.

No plans have been revealed for the site.

The Morris Adjmi designed 7 story Washington Squared Hotel is taking shape and getting closer to completion since we last looked February 2019 when the building topped.

The hotel will have 312 hotel rooms with 46,849 square feet of retail.

Washington Squared Hotel started going vertical August 2018 after being acquired for $32.75 million in 2014 and 2015.
