Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach Reaches 44th Floor Of Construction

The 52 story Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach has now reached the 44th floor and is close to topping off.

When we last looked in early January the condo just reached the 24th floor.

Developed by Fortune International Group and Château Group, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is expected to be completed in 2019.

Further North along Collins Avenue, other luxury condominiums have been recently completed such as Muse Residences and Jade Signature.

Muse Residences Now Completed In Sunny Isles Beach

The 50 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is now completed and buyers have begun closing units.

Developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development, Muse Residences broke ground in September 2015 and topped off January 2017 with spectacular ocean views and views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami.

With only 68 residential units, Muse Residences was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

Muse Residences To Open Soon In Sunny Isles Beach

With only 68 residences, the 52 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is almost completed and ready to open.

The project broke ground September 2015 and reached the 37th floor in September 2016 before topping off in January 2017 with incredible views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami.

Muse Residences was developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development and designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

The Completed Jade Signature In Photos

The 57 story Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach is now officially completed and residents are now starting to move into the luxury condominium.

Construction began in December 2014 and started going vertical in Spring 2015. The tower topped off in October 2016.

Jade Signature was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and built with a slight angle to the North to maximize the amount of sunlight in the afternoon.

Residence Inn Sunny Isles Is Now Open

The Residence Inn Sunny Isles opened for business November 2017.

At a cost of $65 million, the 19 story hotel with 194 studio suites was developed by Robert Finvarb Companies, who is also developing a 24 story mixed used hotel in Brickell and designed by architect Kobi Karp.

The Residence Inn is located near the under construction Muse Residences and Jade Signature.

The Twisting Muse Residences Is Getting Closer To Completion

With only 68 residences, Muse Residences is being developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences Starting To Go Vertical

Located at 18501 Collins Avenue, the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is starting to go vertical in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 650 foot, 54 story tower will have 154 residential units.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is being developed by Turnberry Associates, which received a $259 million construction loan in June 2017. Carlos Zapata is the architect.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
