Brickell
CitizenM Hotel Brickell Rendering
A new 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell with 252 rooms will replace the Perricone's Marketplace & Cafe on the site that has been there since 1994.
The 10,965 square foot lot was purchased by CitizenM Hotels for $16.18 million in October 2018.
Based on the rendering, the CitizenM Hotel Brickell will have art murals on the façade and a rooftop pool or restaurant.
Sabadell Financial Center
The 30 story Sabadell Financial Center in Brickell has been sold for $250 million, according to The Real Deal.
The building was purchased by Parkway Properties and KKR and the seller is Prudential Real Estate Investors.
The building was built in 2000 along with the neighboring JW Marriott hotel and is located next to the tallest building in Miami - Panorama Tower.
The Sabadell Financial Center will be renamed 1111 Brickell.
Brickell Flatiron at 42 floors
Brickell Flatiron has reached the 42nd floor of construction, up from the 37th floor last month and up from the halfway mark of the 32nd floor in early April.
Developed by CMC Group, Brickell Flatiron is 75 percent sold.
Groundbreaking began on Brickell Flatiron March 2016 and is expected to be completed in June 2019. Once finished, the luxury condominium will rise 64 floors at 736 feet.

Panorama Tower in Brickell
Panorama Tower has received a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for the first 46 floors of the building allowing residents to move in. The upper floors of the building, floors 47 - 85 are expected to receive TCO later this Summer.
The Hyatt Centric Hotel opened earlier last month at the base of the building.
The 85 story Panorama Tower is the tallest building South of New York City at 868 feet with spectacular views of all of Miami at the very top.

Brickell Flatiron has reached the 37th floor of construction after passing the halfway mark early last month in April.
A year ago, Brickell Flatiron was starting to go vertical and the building was taking shape.
Construction is expected to be completed June 2019.
