The 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has passed its halfway mark and reached the 32nd floor of construction.

A year ago, vertical construction was underway on the Carlos Zapata designed building that will eventually reach 650 feet in height.

When we last looked in August 2018, the building was on the 19th floor.

After going vertical at the beginning of the year, Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach has reached the 19th floor of construction.

In June, the glass was starting to be installed on the building as it continues to rise. 

The Carlos Zapata designed building will eventually top off at 54 stories and 650 feet.

After starting to go vertical at the beginning of the year, Turnberry Ocean Club Residences has now reached the 14th floor of construction. 

When completed, the Carlos Zapata designed Turnberry Ocean Club Residences will reach 54 stories at 650 feet with 154 residential units.

Located at 18501 Collins Avenue, the Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is starting to go vertical in Sunny Isles Beach.

The 650 foot, 54 story tower will have 154 residential units.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is being developed by Turnberry Associates, which received a $259 million construction loan in June 2017. Carlos Zapata is the architect. 

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
