Brightline Service To Begin From Miami Station On May 19

Brightline is set to launch from MiamiCentral Station in Downtown Miami May 19 to begin service from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and eventually Orlando. Fares will start between $10 - $25.

MiamiCentral Station is still under construction with the office building 2 MiamiCentral and the ParkLine Residences Towers on the Southern part of the station. The 12 story office building, 3 MiamiCentral, was completed in January of this year.

MiamiCentral Station is getting closer to completion since we last looked at the project at the beginning of December 2017.

NW 6th Street is now open for traffic after being shut down for construction. The floor to ceiling glass encompasses all of the ground level as open air skylights are visible as you look up. 

2 MiamiCentral, with 10 levels of office space at 190,000 square feet is also getting closet to completion over the North portion of MiamiCentral Station. 

A year ago MiamiCentral looked like this. 

Construction on MiamiCentral is expected to be completed by the end of April with Brightline service to Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach starting soon after.

MiamiCentral is starting to take shape in Downtown Miami, especially compared to how it looked a year ago in November 2016.  

2 MiamiCentral is nearly completed and 3 MiamiCentral should be ready to open soon.

Brightline service is expected to begin first quarter 2018.

Construction has started going vertical on the Park Line Residences at MiamiCentral since we last looked the project in July.

Park Line Residences consists of a North and South tower with a total of 816 multi family rental units. The North Tower will rise 30 stories and the South Tower will rise 33 stories. Park Line Residences is expected to be completed in 2019. 

Meanwhile the 10 floor office tower 2 MiamiCentral is now completely enclosed and the crane removed from the building since September. 2 MiamiCentral will feature 190,000 square feet of office space.

3 MiamiCentral, with its newly added murals is almost completed and will be opening soon.

Construction is still going on the MiamiCentral station which will connect Downtown Miami with stops in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and eventually Orlando. The MiamiCentral station will connect Miami through the Metrorail, Metromover and Tri-Rail. This is what MiamiCentral looked like a year ago in November 2016.

The 12 story office building in Miami, 3 MiamiCentral is nearing completion after topping out a year ago. 

The blue coverings have been removed from the building and the final decorative murals have been added to the façade of the parking levels.

Two MiamiCentral Headed For Fall Opening

While Three MiamiCentral is getting closer to completion, the other office tower of the MiamiCentral Development, Two MiamiCentral, already has the glass installed on the exterior of the 10 story building. 

Expected to open in the fall, Two MiamiCentral will have over 190,000 square feet of Class A office space.

3 MiamiCentral is getting closer to completion since we last looked in April and is gearing for an end of Summer opening date.

At 12 floors, 3 MiamiCentral will have 90,000 square feet of Class A retail space and tenants include Brightline and more.
