A Legacy Hotel & Residences has been proposed for Miami Worldcenter at 942 NE 1st Ave that will have 278 residential units and 255 hotel rooms, according to The Real Deal.

The developer is Royal Palm Companies, which also built the recently completed Paramount Miami Worldcenter and the architect is Kobi Karp.

The project is expected to break ground in June 2020 and will be priced between $300,000 and $500,000.

The Legacy Hotel & Residences will be part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex in Downtown Miami.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami has received its temporary certificate of occupancy and is now completed, according to The Real Deal.

Construction on Paramount Miami Worldcenter started to go vertical November 2016 before topping off in August 2018.

With 569 residential units, Paramount Miami Worldcenter is 90% sold.

The rental tower Caoba Miami Worldcenter was the building to be completed, in January of this year, as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex.
