TBT (February 21, 2017) - 3 years ago Paramount Miami Worldcenter was reaching the 4th floor of construction before being completed in July 2019.

Since the concrete pour in October 2016, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has reached the 4th floor of the 700 foot building. 

Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have 513 residential units and 50% of the building is in contract. 

Construction is expected to be completed by 2018.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami has received its temporary certificate of occupancy and is now completed, according to The Real Deal.

Construction on Paramount Miami Worldcenter started to go vertical November 2016 before topping off in August 2018.

With 569 residential units, Paramount Miami Worldcenter is 90% sold.

The rental tower Caoba Miami Worldcenter was the building to be completed, in January of this year, as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter complex.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami is nearing completion as the final push until opening is being done.

The luxury pool deck is close to be finished as the pool is filled with water and cabanas are built. Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have 513 residential units.

A year ago, the building was on the 54th floor and close to top off. Construction started going vertical November 2017.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami is getting closer to completion as the crane has been removed from the building giving a clean look at the tower without any obstructions.

When we last looked at Paramount Miami Worldcenter in August 2018, the 641 foot tower just topped off. A year ago, construction was reaching the 45th floor.

Across the street in the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter is the rental tower Caoba and was completed in January.

Caoba Miami Worldcenter, located at 698 NE 1st Ave in Downtown Miami as part of the 27 acre Miami Worldcenter is now open and residents will begin moving in at the end of the month.

The building has 444 rental units the span from 500 to 1300 square feet.

Caoba started to go vertical February 2017 before topping off a year ago in January 2018.

The tower is located across the street from the under construction Paramount Miami Worldcenter and MiamiCentral Station.

As construction continues on the nearby 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter, Caoba Miami Worldcenter is nearly completed and is scheduled to open soon.

With 450 rental units, the 43 story tower topped off at the beginning of 2018 and started going vertical in February 2017.

The 60 story Paramount Miami Worldcenter in Downtown Miami continues to take shape after topping off earlier this month. A year ago, construction was just reaching the 19th floor.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the second tower to top off in the 27 acre Worldcenter complex after the almost completed Caoba Miami Worldcenter Apartments across the street.

At 641 feet and 569 residential units, Paramount is expected to be completed by early 2019.
